All speakers at ISSWSH Meetings are required to begin their presentations with a Disclosure/Conflict of Interest slide.

Please follow these guidelines:

• Your disclosure slide must appear at the beginning of your presentation.
• You must disclose all commercial interests that are relevant, or potentially relevant, to the subject matter of your presentation.
• All relevant disclosures and conflicts of interest must be stated verbally while the disclosure slide is visible to the audience.

To ensure a cohesive, professional, and high-quality educational experience at the ISSWSH Annual Meeting, all presentation slides will be reviewed for content and compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) rules and regulations.

Following the initial submission, speakers and moderators will have two weeks to review feedback, make any necessary revisions, and finalize the slides for their sessions.
